These terms apply to deellab.com and the StudyHub service operated by DeelLab (드엘, Iksan, South Korea).

1. The service

StudyHub is a private study tool for invited members of a medical school study group. Access is provided by invitation and a shared passcode. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not share your passcode or make StudyHub content public.
• Do not copy, redistribute, or sell course materials, exam questions, or explanations found in StudyHub.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

3. Content and accuracy

Study materials and explanations are provided for personal study only. Some explanations are generated or assisted by AI (Claude) and may contain errors. StudyHub is not a substitute for official course materials, and it is not medical advice.

4. Your data

Personal notes and study records are stored on your own device. We are not responsible for loss of data stored locally in your browser. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The StudyHub software and website are owned by DeelLab. Lecture materials referenced inside StudyHub belong to their respective authors and institutions and are used only for members' personal study.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DeelLab is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
